4 Types of Lingerie I Stopped Buying After Simplifying My Wardrobe

4 Types of Lingerie I No Longer Buy
It’s been three years since I started simplifying my life, and I’ve learned to choose lingerie that truly suits me. Here are four types I no longer buy and why:
Push-Up Bras
Push-up bras can be constricting, making it hard to breathe and sometimes look outdated. Embracing my natural shape brings more joy than conforming to societal beauty standards.
Overly Decorative Bras
I avoid underwire bras or ones with lace and intricate designs. They feel awkward and out of place. I now prefer clean-cut, smooth fabrics that are versatile and comfortable.
Low-Quality Fabric Bras
As intimate wear, bras should be comfortable. Cheap, rough fabrics not only ruin the fit but also irritate the skin.
Silicone Breast Pads
Silicone breast pads are sticky, non-breathable, and can cause sweat and odors. They’re also not good for breast health, and there’s always the worry of them slipping off. I only use them when absolutely necessary, like with strapless tops.
