Closemate is committed to providing accurate and timely shipping information to our customers.  Below are our shipping policies:

Shipping Methods:  We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping within the 48 contiguous states.  The shipping carrier we use is UPS.  We do not ship internationally and are not able to shipped to PO Boxes.

Shipping Rates:  Rates start at $10 for orders under $99, with free “Standard” shipping on orders over $99 for customers within the 48 contiguous states.  Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Territories may cost extra and are shipped via air transit.

Order Processing Times:  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, we will not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays.

Transit Times:  Standard shipping orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive and expedited shipping orders typically take 1-2 business days.  Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays and inclement weather.

Delivery Issue:  If there are any issues with your shipment, please notify us within 30 days of the delivery date represented in the tracking information.  For missing shipments, if they are not reported within the 30 days, we will not be able to issue a refund for the order.
