Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Process Returns/Exchanges in 3 Steps
1. Click the “Start a Return” button and enter your order number and zip code.
2. Present your return label or QR Code to USPS or the local post office.
3. We’ll process your exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the package and keep you informed at every step of the process.
To ensure your return and exchanges process goes smoothly, please remember:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean, free of lint and hair, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Keep all tags attached to unworn garments.
Prevent makeup, deodorant, perfume, and smoke from contacting garments.
We understand if you choose to return for a refund. However, the cost of the return shipping will be taken out of your total refund.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the above criteria, but we promise to do what is needed to make things right.
